MISSION

I work with leaders across governments, multilateral institutions, AI research labs, technology companies, and civil society to navigate the structural transformations driven by frontier technologies like AI.

My mission is to strengthen the strategic, institutional, and human capacity required to govern and deploy AI responsibly — across sectors and across borders.

I support:

Policy Leaders and International Stakeholders
in advancing democratic AI governance, inclusive growth, and strategically positioned digital sovereignty — connecting Europe with global partners across the U.S., Asia, and emerging ecosystems.

Business and Technology Executives
in navigating AI-driven risks and opportunities — from regulatory shifts to geopolitical competition — strengthening resilience, trust, and long-term positioning in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

Public Institutions
in building the expertise and governance models required for ethical, participatory, and effective AI deployment — grounded in transparency, interoperability, and sustainable digital infrastructure.

Leaders and Professionals
in developing the judgment, systems thinking, and strategic foresight needed to lead in an AI-augmented future of work — and to actively shape public-interest technology and responsible innovation.

International AI Governance Advisory

1. Strategy:

In today’s complex and rapidly evolving world, executives and policy leaders often find themselves operating within echo chambers that reinforce homogeneous thinking—amplifying tunnel vision and stalling decisive action.

Drawing on my research background and first-hand experience in international diplomacy, geopolitics, and technology design and financing, I bring a meta-level perspective to the global technology and digital services landscape. This includes deep insights into future labor dynamics, emerging skill demands, and the geopolitical forces shaping policy priorities across international organizations and governments.

Having served in leadership roles for Germany, the United States, and international institutions, I operate as an independent “insider–outsider.” This vantage point enables me to identify patterns, connect seemingly unrelated developments, and uncover hidden opportunities. I use these insights to support partners in sharpening their strategic foresight, enhancing business intelligence, and positioning their organizations for success amid uncertainty.

My analysis draws on a global network of experts and a strong foundation in strategic foresight, trend analysis, and scenario planning—expertise I developed as a crisis early warning specialist at the German Federal Foreign Office. Providing clarity in a complex landscape, I help international organizations, companies, and professionals better understand and manage AI risks, ethics challenges, and capacity gaps—while proactively shaping organizational culture and seizing emerging tech policy leadership opportunities.

2. Innovation Projects:

Attracting, retaining, and developing top talent—and continuously up-and re-skilling your workforce—is essential for companies and public organizations alike to thrive in the face of tomorrow’s challenges. For governments and international institutions, securing top technological talent is critical to strengthen AI governance and readiness, and increase in-house capacity to innovate safely and responsibly. This requires transforming organizational culture, scaling AI literacy, and adopting future skills across the public sector.

I work with governments, businesses, and civic leaders to leverage emerging technologies responsibly, up-skill professionals, and transform outdated structures into agile, future-ready systems. With first-hand expertise in public sector innovation, GovTech, AI governance, and future skills, I help policy leaders design and implement competitive approaches that bridge ethical and human-centric innovation with practicality.

From strategy design to hands-on implementation, I partner with you to manage GovTech projects, support talent acquisition and development, and enable organizational change that embeds innovation at every level.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

In a world where everything can be commoditized and automated, and human interactions are increasingly digitized, a deep network of personal relationships is the most valuable asset and greatest competitive advantage.

I specialize in building and managing strategic relationships, using my global network and skills to connect people, platforms, and organizations to advance policy and business interests and deliver measurable results. I also help mission-driven companies and public organizations to find high-performing talent, leveraging my extensive university ties in Europe and globally.

With over a decade of experience in designing and executing stakeholder engagement and advocacy campaigns across sectors and regions, I have designed formats ranging from ministerial and executive conferences to open stakeholder consultations, and curated round-tables.

I am a strategic communicator on key topics like AI ethics, the future of work, digital sovereignty, and business sustainability. I am passionate about creating participation formats that proactively include all stakeholders and the public in the design of new technologies, thereby democratizing innovation.

3. Strategic Communication & Ambassadorship

As a bridge-builder between technology and policy, I specialize in translating complex innovation topics into accessible, audience-tailored communication.

I make the future tangible, designing impactful communication strategies that inform and persuade—whether through social media, visual storytelling, or cross-media campaigns. This approach enhances the visibility of innovative upskilling initiatives and ensures that both technological and societal potential are recognized in political and public discourse.

In my role as an ambassador for mission-driven organizations, I help to shape and refine their strategic positioning. By leveraging my network and media platforms, I help expand their advocacy and visibility.

I have a unique ability to bring technical topics into the mainstream, ensuring they resonate with broader audiences and help build public trust.

5. Future of Leadership in an AI-enabled World

The best investment you can make in a knowledge economy, is an investment in yourself.

To future-proof professional skills in the age of AI, I help partners identify their niche, develop in-demand skills, build a strong personal brand, navigate career transitions, and form valuable collaborations. I focus on empowering professionals at the intersection of diplomacy, international business, tech, and policy, while also guiding them in creating authentic brands and global networks.

For businesses and public institutions, I specialize in talent acquisition and development strategies in technology and AI to build in-house governance and technical capacity.

I translate cutting-edge research into actionable strategies for upskilling and training resilient professionals and future leaders. In collaboration with leading educational institutions like Harvard Business School and the Technical University of Munich, I develop executive training courses, live coaching sessions, and digital learning products to support continuous growth and leadership development.
