International AI Governance Advisory

1. Strategy:
In today’s complex and rapidly evolving world, executives and policy leaders often find themselves operating within echo chambers that reinforce homogeneous thinking – amplifying tunnel vision and stalling decisive action.
Drawing on my research background and first-hand experience in international diplomacy, geopolitics, and technology design and financing, I bring a meta-level perspective to the global technology and digital services landscape. This includes deep insights into future labor dynamics, emerging skill demands, and the geopolitical forces shaping policy priorities across international organizations and governments.
Having served in leadership roles for Germany, the United States, and international institutions, I operate as an independent “insider–outsider.” This vantage point enables me to identify patterns, connect seemingly unrelated developments, and uncover hidden opportunities. My work applies these insights to strategic foresight, business intelligence, and organizational positioning in times of uncertainty.
My analysis draws on a global network of experts and a strong foundation in strategic foresight, trend analysis, and scenario planning – expertise I developed as a crisis early warning specialist at the German Federal Foreign Office. It focuses on providing clarity in a complex landscape, advancing understanding of AI risks, ethics challenges, and capacity gaps, and identifying opportunities to shape organizational culture and strengthen leadership in emerging technology policy.

2. Innovation Projects:
Attracting, retaining, and developing top talent – and continuously up- and re-skilling the workforce –is essential for companies and public organizations alike to thrive in the face of tomorrow’s challenges. For governments and international institutions, securing top technological talent is critical to strengthen AI governance and readiness, and increase in-house capacity to innovate safely and responsibly. This requires transforming organizational culture, scaling AI literacy, and adopting future skills across the public sector.
My work focuses on enabling governments, businesses, and civic leaders to leverage emerging technologies responsibly, up-skill professionals, and transform outdated structures into agile, future-ready systems. With first-hand expertise in public sector innovation, GovTech, AI governance, and future skills, I contribute to the design and implementation of competitive approaches that bridge ethical and human-centric innovation with practicality.
My experience spans strategy design through to hands-on implementation, including the management of GovTech projects, talent acquisition and development, and organizational change initiatives that embed innovation at every level.

3. Stakeholder Engagement
In a world where everything can be commoditized and automated, and human interactions are increasingly digitized, a deep network of personal relationships is the most valuable asset and greatest competitive advantage.
I specialize in building and managing strategic relationships, using my global network and skills to connect people, platforms, and organizations to advance policy and business interests and deliver measurable results. My work also includes supporting mission-driven companies and public organizations in identifying high-performing talent, leveraging my extensive university ties in Europe and globally.
With over a decade of experience in designing and executing stakeholder engagement and advocacy campaigns across sectors and regions, I have designed formats ranging from ministerial and executive conferences to open stakeholder consultations, and curated round tables.
I work on strategic communication on key topics like AI ethics, the future of work, digital sovereignty, and business sustainability. I am passionate about creating participation formats that proactively include all stakeholders and the public in the design of new technologies, thereby democratizing innovation.

4. Strategic Communication & Ambassadorship
As a bridge-builder between technology and policy, I specialize in translating complex innovation topics into accessible, audience-tailored communication.
I make the future tangible by designing impactful communication strategies that inform and persuade –whether through social media, visual storytelling, or cross-media campaigns. This approach enhances the visibility of innovative upskilling initiatives and ensures that both technological and societal potential are recognized in political and public discourse.
In my role as an ambassador for mission-driven organizations, I contribute to shaping and refining their strategic positioning. By leveraging my network and media platforms, I support the expansion of their advocacy and visibility.
I have a unique ability to bring technical topics into the mainstream, ensuring they resonate with broader audiences and contribute to building public trust.

5. Future of Leadership in an AI-enabled World
The best investment you can make in a knowledge economy is an investment in yourself.
My work focuses on future-proofing professional skills in the age of AI by identifying niche expertise, developing in-demand skills, strengthening personal brands, navigating career transitions, and fostering valuable collaborations. It spans professionals at the intersection of diplomacy, international business, technology, and policy, while also supporting the development of authentic brands and global networks.
For businesses and public institutions, I specialize in talent acquisition and development strategies in technology and AI to strengthen in-house governance and technical capacity.
I translate cutting-edge research into practical approaches for upskilling and developing resilient professionals and future leaders. In collaboration with leading educational institutions such as Harvard Business School and the Technical University of Munich, I develop executive training courses, live coaching sessions, and digital learning products that support continuous growth and leadership development.
