ANTHRYON is rooted in the Greek word ἄνθρωπος. It translates to "human being," "person," or "mankind". It is integrated with the suffix “ion” - hinting at “system at scale”. The traditional Y symbolizes wise decision-making at life's critical crossroads.
ANTHRYON focuses on the systemic governance choices in AI design, and its implications for society. It centers human leadership as the decisive factor in shaping responsible future digital transformations, and works to preserve human personhood and agency, with technology as an enabler.
This anchors ANTHRYON in a mission for democratic dialogue and human-centered leadership. Its phonetic closeness to the Greek word “Atrium” points to how we aim to drive change: By creating open, civic space for cross-regional and cross-sector dialogue and knowledge co-creation.
